#1. What is your favorite appetizer?
Baked Brie or Camembert. In fact, anything with cheese or shrimp. But if you put out a plate of shrimp, I'll skip the marinara sauce and just enjoy the shrimp.
#2. Do you eat enough appetizers that you get full and can’t eat your meal?
Yes! This is my downfall and why I often just eat appetizers or skip them altogether.
#3. Do you usually make frozen or fresh appetizers?
I rarely make them but if I do, I make them fresh.
#4. Share a recipe or instructions for an appetizer.
Baked Camembert with Tomato Chutney
250g wheel of Camembert (or Brie)
1 clove garlic
2 tbs white wine
sundried tomatoes
white wine vinegar
tomato puree
Tabasco
brown sugar
Preheat the oven to 450F.
Remove the wrapping from the cheese and put the cheese back in its little wooden box.
Pierce the cheese with a fork and rub the garlic over the cheese.
Drizzle wine over the cheese and allow it to seep into the holes.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and put them in a pan with a little wine, white wine vinegar, tomato puree, Tabasco and brown sugar. Boil it down to a chutney and serve over the cheese.
Now I may have to skip dinner over the weekend and eat this instead!

I like to dip my shrimp in Ranch dressing instead of cocktail sauce. Try it!
I dip my shrimp in ketchup. I don't care much for cocktail sauce.
I would love to try your appetizer. It sounds gourmet!
Charla, that's the best part. It's so simple to make but looks incredibly elegant.
