Cheesecake. Also good on crackers and topped with berries.

#4. Share a recipe that you use sour cream in.
Lemon Dill Chicken
Ingredients:
8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cup light sour cream
2 Tbs minced fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
1 1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp lemon zest, minced
Preheat oven to 425 F. degrees. Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a small bowl. Spray a medium casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Spread 1/4 of the lemon dill sauce over the bottom of pan. Arrange chicken breasts on top of sauce in a single layer. Pour remaining sauce over chicken and spread evenly. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until chicken is done.

My MIL has some recipe where she gets a block of cream cheese and softens it then dumps canned cherries over it and serves it with crackers. Apparently people eat it up but I'd never heard of such a thing before until you mentioned it.
I didn't even think of cheesecake as an answer. Great another thing to crave! LOL
That chicken sounds really good. Does it have a lemony taste? That might be obvious, but I've never used lemon zest on anything.
I find that lemon zest often adds a different flavor to lemon juice which sometimes can make a dish too sharp. Obviously be careful with quantities though. One of my major cooking disasters happened when I spent ages preparing a Thai lemon curry but accidentally put twice as much lemon in. After all that work, one mouthful and we had to throw it away!
That lemon zest really makes that recipe. Yummy.
Thanks for playing FFOF!
In response to Anele, I have a friend who pours salsa over a block of cream cheese and serves it with crackers and tortilla chips. It's really good!
I love lemon in dishes. I'm going to have to try that recipe.
